Too much thrust on your free throws. Your pushing away from your body and flicking your wrist. At your height, that type of motion is causing the ball to gain too much potential energy after leaving Point A (your hand) resulting in too much kinetic energy at Point B (the backboard/backside of the rim). A smooth follow through with your wrist causing the ball to roll off instead of being flicked out will create a nice smooth arch that will cause the ball to sail smoothly through the hoop. Another tip is to focus on the empty space created by the shape of the hoop. It's a little more difficult at your height since the empty space will be a lot smaller compared to what a 5'10" guy like myself sees but keeping your eye trained on that empty space creates an automatic path to the basket.
The NBA better watch out next season. Superman is gonna BEAST on a lot of folks next season.
Daggum, I can't wait for the new season to start!

Do the same thing every time you go to the free throw line. Muscle Memory FTW!

Just wanted to say that if you're able to add few post moves you won't need a jumpshot to be dominant on offense. You have to find a way to be dominant even against Pau Gasol and Bynum. Because that's who you're going to face in the finals again (or maybe Duncan...).

It's good you're working on your jumpshot but you need to try if it works in real games. I think Vince can help you a lot :):) Keep workin on your game d12.. You need to be dominant this season... with the top teams all becoming better, you need to be better than ever to get to the finals again... You need to be mean 48 min/gm this year. Don't forget that the lakers won the title on your court... Keep that in mind and i'm sure you'll dominate every second you're on the court. Can't wait to see you again against real competition. Have a good day D12.. Peace
